Building decks has been a passion for Garth Hutchinson for over 20 years. The product knowledge in low maintenance decking and railing makes him stand out in the decking industry.
Garth was the first franchise to work with a leading decking company in Canada.
After 8 years of this educational experience, Garth went to work the retail end of the decking industry. There he managed the store, staff, organized sales calls, provided quotes, completed material lists and set up sub contractors to complete the job under his supervision. Yet another educational experience!
Garth took his experiences, and his personal vision, and launched Decks Out Back - a premier custom deck building company in Durham Region.
